Aotea Villa

Aotea Villa is a relaxing and comfortable 1910 family home situated in the heart of the vibrant Bay of Plenty, amongst kiwifruit and avocado orchards. We are minutes from Te Puke, 45 minutes from Whakatane and Rotorua and 20 minutes from Tauranga and the stunning Mount Maunganui beach. An ideal central location from which one is able to explore the vibrant Bay of Plenty.The villa has a double room and a twin, facilities are guest share.  The detached Bungalow is open plan with a double and a single bed and has its own facilities. A separate games room serves all guests. We have wireless internet. Pets and children are welcome. A quiet and peaceful setting.

Bungalow: Self-contained, open plan living which includes a mini-kitchen.
$140/night per couple. One double bed + two single beds.

Villa: Guest shared facilities. Double Room:
$130 per couple
Twin Room: $110 per single.

A yummy continental breakfast included in tariff. A cooked breakfast is available with a $10.00 surcharge.
