Artisan Carpentry

Today we are featuring Artisan Carpentry. They are a family run joinery business specialising in solid timber joinery and cabinetry. Charles de Lapomarede is a Master Joiner. He has twice been awarded the NZ Master Joiner Supreme Award for excellence in joinery and craftsmanship – the only person in NZ to have won this award twice. Originally from Marseille in France he is married to Holly.

The business began in Auckland in 2010. Three years ago they moved to Te Puke and established a workshop on the farm of Hollys grandad Richard Brawn at 747 No 2 Road. Their customer base is widespread across NZ and the quality is truly impressive. They are keen to grow the business and are looking to employ an apprentice in the next year.
